What is Perimeter Protection, and how does it function?

Perimeter Protection is the name of a bundle of custom AI fencing zone options, including line Crossing, Zone Intrusion, and Zone Loitering. Once these virutal lines are crossed, you'll recieve an alert.

Can this camera be used indoors and outdoors?

Yes. It's IP66 weatherproof and designed for both indoor and outdoor use. It operates in temperatures from -10°C to 55°C (14°F to 131°F).

Does my camera support person/vehicle/animal detection?

Yes, this camera supports person/vehicle/animal detection.

How can I power up this camera?

It is recommended to use with Reolink PoE NVR/injector/switch. If using your own switch, it needs to be 802.3at and have a single-port power output of 30W or higher. Low power may cause operational issues. 12V/2A DC adapter (not included), with a DC power input on the camera.

Can this camera support smart home integrations like Google Assistant?

Yes, currently, this camera can work with Google Assistant.

What Ethernet cable do I need?

The camera supports T-568B connectors and 8-PIN Ethernet cables of CAT5 or higher.

Can the camera's angle be adjusted?

• Gun camera: Horizontal direction - 90° left and right, Vertical direction - can be adjusted down by 20° from the horizontal position.
• PTZ camera: Horizontal direction - 350° rotation, Vertical direction - can be adjusted downward up to 50° starting from a 3° angle from the horizontal.

What kind of microSD card can I use?

This camera supports up to 512GB microSD cards with FAT32 format and Class 10 read & write speed.
