The power cable can be extended up to a maximum total length of 98 ft (30 m). You can use any 12V, 5.5 mm Ă— 2.1 mm, male to female DC Extension cable.
Does it support 24/7 video recording? Where are 24/7 recordings stored? What is the video quality of 24/7 recordings?
It supports 24/7 recording when connected to HomeBase 3 with an additional storage* drive. 24/7 recordings will be stored on the additional storage* drive. The video quality can be altered manually to suit your needs and can go up to 4K resolution.
How many eufyCam E330 (Professional)s can connect to HomeBase 3 at the same time?
HomeBase 3 supports up to 10 eufyCam E330 cameras simultaneously. To maintain a stable connection for more than 4 cameras, please enable the Multi-Bridge feature in the app.
How much 24/7 footage can be stored? Can the storage* be expanded?
The 1 TB hard drive (included with the 4-Cam Kit) allows storing up to 10 days of 24/7 recordings from four eufyCam E330 (Professional) cameras. It can be expanded up to 16 TB by swapping the additional storage* drive for one with a larger capacity.
