Can I swap microSD cards?
You can change microSD cards, but do not hot-swap cards. Insert/remove your card only when your device is switched off and ensure you format your new card before use or video may not save.
Can I power the HomeBase Mini with a 5V/1A power adapter?
You must use a 5V/2A power adapter to ensure the device operates reliably and stably. We recommend using the included adapter for optimal performance.
Which eufy devices can be connected to the HomeBase Mini?
HomeBase Mini supports eufyCam C35, SoloCams, Video Doorbells (C30/E340/C31), Indoor Cam Dual & Pan/Tilt 4K, Floodlight Cams 3K/2K, and Motion and Entry Sensors. To ensure successful connection and a seamless experience, ensure your device's firmware is updated to the latest version. Does eufyCam C35 support 24/7 recording?
No, eufyCam C35 does not support 24/7 recording.
What is the storage capacity?
Footage can be stored directly on device with a microSD card (not included, up to 256GB) or on HomeBase Mini. HomeBase Mini comes with a built-in 8GB eMMC (Embedded MultiMediaCard) and supports expansion up to 1TB with a microSD card (not included).
Why does my HomeBase Mini show that the available capacity is less than 8GB?
Part of the 8GB eMMC is used for system firmware, so the actual available capacity is less than 8GB.
How do I connect my eufyCam C35?
eufyCam C35 connects via a stable 2.4GHz Wi‑Fi connection.
Which HomeBase can I connect my eufyCam C35 to?
eufyCam C35 can be connected to HomeBase Mini or HomeBase S380.
