It's recommended to install the charger in a place with full sunlight. The actual charging efficiency depends on illumination level, installation angle, weather, temperature, device usage frequency, and other factors.

Does the charger work with my Reolink Doorbell?

It supports both 1st- and 2nd-generation Reolink battery doorbells. When working with a Reolink video doorbell (1st generation), it should connect via the Y-shaped terminals rather than the solar charging contacts.
Tip: You can verify your doorbell version by checking the sticker on the back or side of the device.

Does it charge differently with 1st-gen and 2nd-gen doorbells?

Yes. The 2nd-gen doorbells offer improved performance and deliver higher charging efficiency with about a 20% improvement compared with 1st-gen doorbells. For optimal charging performance, we recommend pairing the charger with a 2nd-gen doorbell.

Does it support third-party products?

No, Reolink Doorbell Solar Charger cannot work with doorbells from other brands.

Shipping: All orders are shipped from within the Republic of Ireland with free delivery on orders over €100. €5.99 for order under €100.

Packages are generally dispatched the next day after receipt of payment and are shipped via An Post Express postage. We now also ship to Northern Ireland for a fee of €9.99 for orders under €100 and free for orders over €100.
