FAQs for eufy Robot Vacuum Omni C28
When using it for the first time, Omni C28 may leave mopping streaks from thick dust under furniture. This is normal and will improve with more use.
- Use the eufy app's Vacuum-Only mide 2-3 times before mopping to clear dust and hair.
- Raise the water level in the app for better mopping. For stubborn stains, pre-wet them maunally, then select the area and mop 2-3 times.
How can I use the robot on multiple floors?
1. Vacuum-Only: Place on any floor and start vacuuming.
2. Vacuum-and-Mop: Start at the base station to wet the roller mop, and then move to the target floor for leaning.
Note: On a floor without the Omni Station, you must manually move the robot for mop washing and low-battery return. "Return to base station failed" or "Positioning failed" alerts during multi-floor cleaning are normal. For convenient multi-floor use, an additional Omni Station can be purchased from eufy.
