Shipping: All orders are shipped from within the Republic of Ireland with free delivery on orders over €100. €5.99 for order under €100.
Packages are generally dispatched the next day after receipt of payment and are shipped via An Post Express postage. We now also ship to Northern Ireland and Mainland UK for a fee of €9.99.

Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery within Ireland but generally* you will receive next day if the order is placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday.

Returns: We operate a 14 day change of mind refund policy provided goods are returned unused, in original packaging, in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. It is our policy to return goods to the purchaser if we suspect that any product has been used.

No, currently eufy RoboVacs only support a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
To reset L35 Hybrid's Wi-Fi, press and hold both buttons on the top panel for 3 seconds until you hear a voice alert.
How long does it take to fully charge L35 Hybrid?
Before charging, please confirm that the white power indicator on the charging base lights up.
It takes about 3-4 hours to fully charge when the device is in low battery status. Its light is solid blue when the device is fully charged.
Does L35 Hybrid support multi-floor cleaning? Can I save multiple maps?
Yes, it supports multi-floor cleaning. You can save up to 3 maps when the Multi-Map Save feature is turned on in the app.
What is Customised Cleaning mode?
One unique feature of L35 Hybrid is its Customised Cleaning mode. Customised Cleaning can be configured according to your home environment to set different suction power levels and water flows according to cleaning needs in different rooms.
