Does Anker SOLIX V1 support charging electric vehicles with solar panels?
Yes. Anker SOLIX V1 supports electric vehicle charging with 100% solar power, or via hybrid charging using solar power, battery storage, and the grid.
Additional smart meters from Anker or Shelly, or Anker SOLIX X1, can be purchased separately for this setup.
Does Anker SOLIX V1 support multiple users?
Yes. It supports family sharing, allowing up to 10 users to control the charger through the Anker app.
Can Anker SOLIX V1 charge my electric vehicles?
Yes. Anker SOLIX V1 is compatible with more than 99.9% of electric vehicle models.
How long does the installation process take?
Installation takes around 30 minutes without a CEE Plug, or about 10 minutes with one.
How many versions are available for Anker SOLIX V1?
Anker SOLIX V1 is available in two versions: Cable and Socket. Both come in 7.4kW specifications. The Socket version does not include a charging cable.
Does Anker SOLIX V1 support load balancing and solar charging?
Yes. V1 supports both load balancing and solar charging when used with a compatible meter, such as Anker SOLIX Smart Meter, Shelly Pro 3EM or Shelly 3EM.
Shipping: All orders are shipped from within the Republic of Ireland with free delivery on orders over €100. €5.99 for order under €100.
Packages are generally dispatched the next day after receipt of payment and are shipped via An Post Express postage. We now also ship to Northern Ireland for a fee of €9.99 for orders under €100 and free for orders over €100.

Please allow 1-5 working days for delivery within Ireland but generally* you will receive next day if the order is placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday.

Returns: We operate a 14 day change of mind refund policy provided goods are returned unused, in original packaging, in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. It is our policy to return goods to the purchaser if we suspect that any product has been used.
