Packages are generally dispatched the next day after receipt of payment and are shipped via An Post Express postage. We now also ship to Northern Ireland for a fee of €9.99 and mainland UK for a fee of €14.99.

Does E1 Outdoor Pro offer true full-colour night vision when the warm light is off？
Yes, thanks to the ColorX technology, the camera can still provide colour night vision without the warm light on. Featuring an F1.0 large aperture that allows four times more light in than an F2.0 aperture. Additionally, the camera is equipped with a 1/1.8" advanced sensor, enabling it to deliver clear and vivid full-colour night vision even without additional lighting. You can also turn on the warm light for even higher-quality colour night vision.
Does E1 Outdoor Pro support the time-lapse function?
Yes, the camera can support time-lapse. It can save time-lapse photos and videos to the SD card.
Can this camera be used outdoors/indoors?
This camera can be used both indoors and outdoors.
It is IP65 certified weatherproof and its operating temperature is from -10°C to 55°C (14°F to 131°F), perfect for outdoor and indoor usage.

How can I power up this camera?
The camera can be powered by a 12V 1A DC power adapter (A 1.2-meter power adaptor and a 4.5m extension cable are shipped with the camera). You can check what is in the box at the end of the overview page.
What kind of microSD card can I use?
This camera supports up to 256GB microSD cards with FAT32 format and Class 10 read & write speed.
Can I connect E1 Outdoor Pro to my PoE NVR or PoE NVR system?
Yes, Reolink WiFi cameras can be connected to Reolink PoE NVR in an indirect way. You can follow these steps to connect them:
Step 1: Connect the camera to a wifi router via wifi signals or an ethernet cable, and it needs to be powered via a power adapter.
Step 2: Connect the NVR to the same router by a network cable.
The NVR will pick up all the cameras on the same network.
Can I turn off the spotlights?
Yes, you can turn off the spotlights manually.
By default, the camera's spotlights are motion activated: it will turn on automatically when a motion is detected. You can turn them off or adjust the brightness to your liking.
Please note that with the spotlights on you can enjoy clear colour night vision, but if the spotlights are turned off, you will only see black and white images at night.
