- Vacuum Only First: Start with Vacuum-only mode to remove dust and hair.
- Water Level: Increase the water level in the app for more imporved mopping reults.
- Suction and Emptying: Use Turbo or Max mode, and set emptying to every 15-30 minutes if you have pets or children.
- Dirty Spot Cleaning: Enable the Dirty Spot Cleaning feature to allow the vacuum to locate and deep clean any stains. (it will automatically switch to mopping when needed.)
- Dirt inspection: The robot will recheck rooms to ensure all stains are removed.
- Maintenance: Clean and replace accessories regularly, especially the roller ends.
- Software Updates: Keep your software and firmware up to date for best performance.
- Low-pile Carpets: Select 'Vacuum only' mode. The mopping module will automatically lift to prevent the carpet becoming wet.
- High-Pile Carpets: Use 'carpet Avoidance' mode to skip these carpets entirely.
- Dark Carpets: Set no-go Zones, as the device may not detect darker carpets.
Shipping: All orders are shipped from within the Republic of Ireland with free delivery on orders over €100. €5.99 for order under €100.
Packages are generally dispatched the next day after receipt of payment and are shipped via An Post Express postage. We now also ship to Northern Ireland for a fee of €9.99 and mainland UK for a fee of €14.99.

Returns: We operate a 14 day change of mind refund policy provided goods are returned unused, in original packaging, in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. It is our policy to return goods to the purchaser if we suspect that any product has been used.
