iParcelBox is a smart, secure and weatherproof parcel delivery solution you monitor and control from your smartphone. iParcelBox’spatent technology allows you to receive multiple secure deliveries when you are not at home.
Simple Solution: Delivery drivers simply press the button, wait for iParcelBox to unlock, place the parcel inside and close the lid, which locks. There are no codes to enter, locks to manipulate or special apps required to make deliveries.
Control from anywhere: Monitor and control your iParcelBox from your smartphone through the iParcelbox app available in Play Store and App Store. iParcelBox automatically allows a delivery when it’s empty, and will send you a notification and let you remotely allow subsequent deliveries.
Secure: iParcelBox is made of steel, and is securely anchored to the floor or a wall using the provided bolts. The locked compartment stores your parcels safely until you return home to retrieve them. If your parcel needs to be ‘signed for’, then the delivery driver can scan the unique bar code inside the lid of the iParcelBox as proof of delivery.
Watch parcel being delivered: If you have an iParcelBox Premium Subscription (and a compatible CCTV / webcam), they can see CCTV footage of the courier requesting the delivery, before you accept the delivery request to unlock your iParcelBox.
Simple Installation:Just plug it in into an outdoor socket. You never have to worry about dead batteries.
Dimensions: Height: 42cm, Width: 60cm, Depth: 40cm. It can accept parcels up to a total size of 55cm wide, 35cm deep and 39cm high.
Shipping: Packages are generally dispatched next day after receipt of payment and are shipped via An Post Parcel Delivery depending on your location with tracking and trace fully insured courier service. Please allow up to 2 working days for delivery. We will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately as shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched with great care and will be delivered in excellent condition, special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Ireland (ROI): Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt & include a tracking number as standard. (1 - 2 working days from time of order)
Europe & UK: We are not currently shipping to Europe or the UK. But please register your interest at firstname.lastname@example.org for the future.
Returns: We operate a strict 14 day refund policy and 28 day exchange policy. This covers items bought from our online store and all goods must be returned unused, in original packaging, in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase, which would have been emailed to you when the order was placed. It is our policy to return goods to the purchaser if we suspect that any product has been used.
Please Note: We do not issue refunds on sale items or gift card purchases.

(a)You will be responsible for the cost to return the goods to us. A full refund of the value of the goods will be made upon our receipt of the returned goods.
(b) Items or equipment which contain a security seal can only be returned if the security seal has not been broken or tampered with.
This Returns Policy is in accordance with The European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 97/7/EC) and the European Communities (Protection of Consumers in Respect of Contracts made by means of Distance Communication) Regulations 2001 as amended.
Receiving a Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be made via the method of payment you used to make your online purchase excluding the original postage charge.
If you haven’t received a refund after the timeframe set out in the approval email we sent you, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

How Do I Return My Order? Should you wish to exchange or return an item, please return the item to the address below by post* within 14 days of receiving your order. All goods must be returned unused, in original packaging, in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase, which would have been emailed to you when the order was placed.

Connect it are not responsible for any items lost in transit while being returned to us. To ensure your items are covered for any loss or damage and that their journey back is recorded, we advise that all items are returned by registered post.
Faulty Policy: Faulty products supplied by us will be exchanged once we can verify the fault & you provide us with a valid proof of purchase within 1 year of purchase. Products that are customer damaged cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Goods Damaged in Transit: If any goods delivered to you are damaged, please contact our Customer Assist Team within 3 days of delivery. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and manuals.
